Stealth ID question

About to verify a stealth, while asking to verify details, I wasn't sure if Nationality was actually required when registering paypal but as I am about to verify the stealth I would like to know if I can select another Nationality (May be the scrutiny will be less so).

Also, what doc would you most recommend. Passport or D.License

Passport shows nationality.
