Default EU limits ID - is it possible to trigger early?

Hi

Is it possible to trigger the ID checks early on, so I can move on if they’re refused.

I have the ID ready to go I’d just hate to have X amount stuck in PayPal while I have a nervous wait to see if the docs pass or not

Method so far
Create gmail
Create ebay/Paypal - verify all
Add bank account to lift limits on PayPal
Add card on PayPal
Let the account age 2-3 weeks with general activity then start listing 1 item then 2 next week then 5 etc etc

Thanks

I got this to trigger early on one of my accounts when I tried to send a large personal payment to someone. I received this email and were then able to upload ID docs:

You tried to send money using your PayPal account, but it didn’t go through because it exceeded sending limits set by European law. To lift this limit, the law requires you to verify your identity.

What do I need to do?

Log in to your PayPal account, look for the Notifications icon, and follow the instructions. Once you provide the information to verify your identity, we’ll process it as quickly as possible to get you back on track.

If you have already seen this notification on your PayPal account and taken action, you can ignore this email.

If you have any questions or require more assistance, please contact us.
For anyones information, yes this account has already been fully verified with bank and card. This new EU sending limit only appears to be for personal payments and not for purchases.

I have no doubt that you were successful in doing this, however attempting to send a substantial amount of money is never a good idea, as the security system logs the attempt (before you even hit the send button) and such a log of suspicious payments could actually trigger a full account limitation to confirm your identity and address, when you could easily wait until prompted to send the relevant ID, and it'll look better for your record than a full account limitation, as these signalize red flags until fully resolved.
