Default moving house - new account
Basically, my account was closed but i am moving house in a couple of weeks.

If I set up all new details (Paypal, Bank, Email, Phone), can i still use the same pc if i reinstall windows on it? so its like a new pc?

sounds like you have not read the stealth guide. No need to reinstall windows. Setup a new user account..

You can not use old banned info like your name and date of birth.

eBay UK has no trouble to ban accounts when they detect links.

Be careful with your choices.
