hi just withdraw £10 for my pay pal first time on new account left money in the account got this message is normal

It's a new account and first withdrawal - it's perfectly normal to have 72 hour withdrawals.

Withdrawals will move to instant after a period of time. There is no fixed period for this. When you have 72 hour withdrawals, it's always best to wait for the withdrawal to complete (money in the bank) before initiating the next one.
