Plus scammers tend not to threaten court, that is usually what honest sellers at end of their tether do, sorry to be prejudiced but if it was not Lucy involved, I would be more likely to give OP the benefit of the doubt...but in any case, lets just advise Lucy to go via SNAD procedure and finish it |

We are here help each other without any money just to support each other and exchange knowledge
People like you who abuse this should not be any place for you on this forum
Mostly we are sellers here and off course we also buy stuff so abusing the seller would be no no for us |

But this kind of things don't happen often. To avoid them completely, you should buy from certified sellers which, yes, can be found online also. Sometimes, to avoid being scammed when buying online, you can find a reputable third party which will send you to a verified seller via links. For cameras, CamerasVS is a good one. A site where they compare the top cameras, price on Amazon being one of the compared specs.

| colie72 | 11-19-2019 12:04 PM | Re: Seller Refuses Return on Damaged Camera, claims I damaged it/swapped it put in a return request because item is damaged. Even if the seller doesn't accept returns, he has to if the item is damaged. His 3rd party witness is useless in his argument.
If you can't get what you want phone eBay and escalate to a claim |

I am just curious if the seller accepted back the camera? I am thinking to order on EBay a secondhand camera, but I come across a lot of negative reviews. I expect that the camera won’t be new, probably with some scratches on it. As a newbie photographer I am struggling between aps-c vs full frame cameras, both being really expensive. So I won’t accept broken elements or other serious issues. Do you know some trustful sellers on EBay who sell aps-c or full frame cameras? | let me give you a piece of advice, from someone who has been selling on Ebay for over 20 years.
if this is for making a living,go to BBY ,the geeks will help you,you will be glad .
I bot one and use it for many years and make pretty good money. |
