ok so ive moved home address, new email addy, new phone number, but can i still use my own name and date of birth when setting up a new ebay account ? because im now in a new home address, ty in advance

Unless your name is John Smith, the same name and date of birth will probably link you.

It may potentially link you, but if you start from scratch, i.e. new user account / computer etc., you could potentially just use it for buying.

If you begin selling on the account (or become a problematic buyer), a manual review could give away the fact that you are the same person.
