Paypal "item not described" more than a month after sale - private sale
I sold something about 6 weeks ago, now the buyer has opened a not as described on paypal saying it worked fine but has now stopped working. I thought the limit was 30 days? Where do i stand? I am a private seller and they have admitted it did work when they recieved it?
A quick google mentions they extended to 6 months (wtf) but i couldn't find anything conclusive??
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Ride this one out ...
The fact he stated that it worked fine but then it just stopped working. Paypal may side with you as he has admitted to receiving a product that worked so he could have broken it.

Just a word of hope for anyone in a similiar. I pointed out to paypal that the buyer had admited to it working fine and it being over a month. Paypal decided in my favor!

Congrats!
Cross your fingers and hope it sticks, they can still file with EB and their credit card co if they paid using a credit card. A lot of us win one case, but still lose one of the others... :(
