eBay customer service live chat not working

Hello,

Anyone else been facing issues in trying to contact eBay customer service via live chat service? Option seems to have disappeared totally regardless which help boxes you go through...

It appears on some accounts and not on others

As James says some accounts have it, others don't.

I wonder if they are thinking of removing it altogether....

Terrible situation to find yourself especially when you need to speak to them - tested 19 accounts so far all same... LOL

have you tried every option? eg. every issue, as it pops up for some and not others, or it did, cant remember which. Press an issue that isnt yours.
trouble is nowadays chat is toothless, they used to be helpful and could action stuff/

On my newer accounts it's no longer available.

It happened a few years ago with newer accounts and then they decided to bring it back.

Hello All

I found that logging on to eBay Ireland (ebay.ie) the chat facility is still available. Not sure whether it works for all accounts, but it's worth a try
