is it true they offer help against vero? in way of they contact you when the vero in filed and give advice before its enforced ??

They do not provide a Get out of Jail free card.

Very few people get the invite. Have you been invited? Without having been invited it’s a bit of a moot conversation

eBay may well give you the chance to remove the offending items, but it’s the right holders that can choose to try to take things further

Pretty sure it’s invite only. Maybe I am wrong, but everything I have read about it says it’s invite only to top sellers

its actually listed in the subscription i have just spoken to them on live chat and they have confirmed they do warn you when a vero is filled and ask you to take it down,

only prob is a anchor shop is £478 a month!!

Doesn’t really seem worth it.... maybe just don’t sell the problem item? Or look to get permission to sell it

You don't have to have an anchor store. At least, that wasn't the rule on USA eBay when I was invited in 2016. The account I got invited into Concierge on has a basic store subscription but it grossed over $750k that year.

They're lying to you if they're telling you that you get advanced notice and an opportunity to take down the listing on your own. I've had our Concierge rep call us several times regarding VeRO listings. The listing is taken down as usual. The only difference is you get a VeRO email + a nice little explanation from your Concierge rep, instead of just a VeRO email when listings go down.

Opening an anchor store alone won't get you invited. My understanding is the program is reserved for high-volume sellers who have proven to be top-notch at customer service. It's eBay's way of rewarding sellers who pay attention to customer service - eBay gives them access to better (US-based) customer service.

Yes you still get the strike. It was VEROed by the manufacturer. Keep in mind if you sell many thousands of items a month, a dozen vero strikes a year or month even is a piss hole in the snow. It is just simple math.

so the 3 strike rule won't apply to your big account, i have had 2 vero on one of my accounts, and still no 7 day ban yet, gets me thinking there is no method to vero its very random

age of account and reason for VERO is extremely important also.

Just a manufacturer who does not want you to sell, no big deal. Counterfeit VERO are a much bigger deal. Counterfeit VERO with a purchase from a law firm or VERO agent is a much stronger offense.

If I get items taken down for MAP pricing on big accounts, I personally just relist it.......but I know what I am selling and who I am dealing with. I call up someone I most likely know and we talk about it. It is chess for me.

Were you selling 'repllicas' of items.

If so nothing you can do will stop your account sooner or later getting limited

No just inspired t shirts. Based on movies. Gimmicks etc but the veros where for copyright

My account is 2 years old with 4K feedback. Had many veros in past but they seem to be resetting etc

Keep getting them and you its possible you will get hit with a ban. Its likely that it will already in some way be impacting your search results

ye, till it dies down, i find if i dont get another one till say next year it will just be another vero, no ban, if i get another one thou within 90 days i will prob get a 7 dayer
