World Check is a database of high risk individuals, it serves no other identification function so it makes no sense atal that PP would refuse to payout due to you not being in that database.

its like saying that unless you are in the crufts 2019 dog owners database then paypal cant verify your identity..

PP arent above the law in the UK and with the new GDRP legislation and with PP pulling out of the third party access to the UK Passport DB they know alot less about individuals than you may think.

So people running legitimate businesses but under stealth measures can no longer have access to their money after 180 days should their stealth paypal account get limited ?

Depends on what the limitation was for but one thing is for sure, if PayPal refuses your identification documents then you have a fight on your hands

That's why rule number 1 is so important.

1.Never leave any money you can't afford to lose in paypal.

If you plan ahead and take your time to build an account properly, it's so easy to never have any money at the mercy of paypal.

Even those who used their real details have been hit with this hurdle.

Make it a habit of regularly withdrawing funds from your PayPal account(s) every few days, leaving a little behind to cover fees/charge backs etc.

World check is a database that stores 'bad guys' info .. if you can't be found on there that is a good thing

Hi contact PayPal tell on that time when you open the account you was working there that is why you provide that address.

Now you are back to USA and show them 2 ID not one front and Back make copy a statement from the Bank to see that is really you.If you have a passport it will be perfect then go to notary make a stamp from the notary survive that they check every one document and is original send all the document that you have it to pay-pall and they will relist your $$ guaranty that the reason that they hold it bucose they have a reason after you do that all of that they don't have a choose trust me.

i dint know how GOD HELP ME,
my stealth Singapore PayPal account was ready to withdraw,bank was also confirm.i call to Singapore PayPal ,he ask me date of birth ,i was fail to provide him.he ask to submit id and prof of agrees,he also told me that i never use real local ip and why u are trying to withdraw.in the end i given him 100 of abuse.i was aware that my money has-been ****ed.
but after 20 days i try to withdraw money 300$ and it was proceed,but when i try to renaming 50$ the same error found we need more info.the good news is i got 300$ just 50$ renaming and i dint care now

Anybody knows how it really works? Some accounts are just free to go after 180 days, but some require docs over and over, and refuse even legit docs. What do they really want??

Probably they have quota's to meet...if they aren't meeting their free money quota, they refuse loads more accounts :)

i got paid out after 2 year. you have to take them to Financial ombusdman service' in the uk,,,,BUT you have a time window of i think 6 months to appeal to the ombusdman AFTER paypal give you their final decision.
