Hello, I have UK Paypal stealth account, which just dropped the 180 day limit. Twice I have entered from different IP addresses and now that I have entered the password they want to send me a code on the phone to confirm. The bad thing is I have not used this number long time and it is not mine anymore. I called 10 times and they always sended me to the security department and would to ask me questions with Lexus Nexos but I can not answer and I closing . Last time they tried to send me a link to the mail to reset the password, but the department said the system did not allow them and had to transfer me to the security department. What can I do? I have a big amount inside.

Why did you use a UK account? They are known to require ID verification on UK accounts after the 180 days before allowing you to withdraw.
If you can't answer DB questions, and you don't have the phone, I don't know what you can do.

Of course, about 10 times for two days I tell him! The bad thing is that when there are limitations can not add anything of them!

Keep calling. You need to find someone that can help.
Usually they'll forward it off to another team to remove the security prompts, and after a few days you can access again.

I say again for the third time! I was calling a lot of times and explained the situation with the phone. The problem is that every time They transfer to a security department that wants to answer questions from the Lexis Nexus system! The account is stealth and I have no answers and I end the conversation. My worry is that the more I call I feel the worse it is! They most likely think that the account is hacked , and they have noticed it in the system, and without giving any answers to the credit history of the person, I can not unlock my account. Is there any other way or can I somehow generate this number I used to get the code?

There's no way for you to get the number back that I'm aware of. You can spoof the number and call in, but there's a high chance PP would want to call you back and then you'd be busted.
At this point, with you failing to answer DB questions several times, I don't think having access to the original phone number would be enough anyway.

But I cant see how you'll overcome the questions if they decide to ask those even after spoofing the number.

Ok
call pp with with your OTP tell them you have forgot your password and when you try to login it ask for the mobile number which i am not using anymore
they will ask you for the bank account number or cc number for security reasons
than he/she Will transfer you to other department they will give you 4 digit code manually to reset your password and it will be all done than make sure you build up cookies sign in/Out browser the side.
You wont be asked for the mobile number after the above procedure
Hope this helps

Hope this helps | Great advice. But bear in mind the OP is in the US and this may not work.
They more often than not have to overcome questions, which we don't have to in the UK.

Just pull a credit report on your alias and answer those security questions. You must have some information on the people you use to open your stealth. If the person is fully invented then they don't have the answers to their questions anyway so everything you tell them they must presume it's true. But if the person exists, then pulling a background check and a credit report on them is the only way. Lexis Nexis is the most comprehensive background check, it is hard to get your hands on such report, you need to have a lot of information about the person to pass this security check.
