They try to kid you that FB of 100 will stop the holds. Not that true. Just be aware that you may still get holds even with high FB. Your selling account may be OK but if the buyer has problems, paypal put a hold on the transaction pedning their investigations

So the 100+ and 20 DSR doesn't appear to be correct... looks like they choose whenever they feel like it..... not that I am complaining (makes a change about eBay and PayPal
