Account pemanently limited

Hello,

Today my fully legitimate & confirmed UK PayPal Business account, that I had for a number of years, was permanently limited due to me apparently breaking their "Acceptable Use Policy". All I used the account for was for selling my self-composed music through a marketplace. And while I did receive about 700-1000GBP a month, I never had a problem with PayPal and now all of a suddent I'm breaking their "Acceptable Use Policy"

I've read through so many forums today that my brain is literally melting right now, so I thought I'd ask my question in a new thread.

If I open a new bank account +a new debit card and set up a new adress in the UK (can set up either London or Edinburgh one) and a new phone number, would I be able to use PayPal like I had previously? OR would it work if I'd open a new account in my home country of Latvia? (All my info such as adresses and bank acct. were never used by me through PayPal)

First thing to ask is are you in the UK or Latvia?

You can set up a new account in your own name so long as everything else is different

Have been in the UK for the past couple of years and I also opened the PayPal account here.

So what you're saying is that as long as everything else but my name is differnet I should be ok? Also, how would that work with me verifying my account? I should be able to send proof of my identification with no issues, correct?

You would need to make sure the DOB is different so the ID would need to reflect that

Ah, I see. I reckon in my case It would be easier to buy a PayPal account. My issue is that composing music is my main profession and I can only use PayPal as my main payment processor. My business is growing fast, so I envision about £2-3k going through my account after about half a year and becoming my main source of income, and the idea of using a stealth PP account for that gets me worried.
