UK PayPal VCC needed for refund

Hi,

I have a refund to issue but my PP account doesn't have enough money in it. Is there a VCC/ gift card I can use so that PP can draw the refund money from that?
Its a UK PP account.

They would try to take the funds from a bank account. You cannot directly load it with a card.

Only other option is to send that PayPal money from another PayPal or sell more items on eBay to cover the refund cost.

Thanks. Unfortunately its a 21 day limit account, i'll see about sending money from another pp.

If you can't sell more to cover the refund because of the 21day hold, receiving money from another paypal could potentially also end up in hold.

Try to postpone the refund so funds become available from your existing sales.
