I just said the same thing on my post but they used Waitross and put it in a fancy paper bag with a handle then charged 9 pounds

Thinner than a thin and crispy!

Besides, I don't think they cook them long enough so on the rare occasion I buy one, always ask they put it in longer.

Another drawback is they stop cooking early evening.

Pizza has one of the highest profit margins. I wouldn't buy them pre-made, i'd make them myself and sell them on. Who knows, you might have such nice a Pizza recipe that you end up becoming the next dominoes.

The standard of Italian food, particularly in the big cities with bona fide Italian restaurants owned and managed by Italians is very good indeed.

That said, its a long time since I've been to Italy so can't remember what a 'proper' one tasted like. I do remember drinking a lot of Pironi which might have influenced my memory.

I think the ones we get in our local outlets are American style ..Where i live its mainly Turkish owned shops that do kebabs as well lol .Proper Italian Pizzas use fresh yeast and are always thin crust with loads of olive oil poured over them ...im getting hungry now
