eBay technical issue

Hi

some account linked becuase i use 1 wi-fi network , i think this the problem :(
any solution remove linked maybe 1 account reinstaled?

i will create new account but :

1 enough if i hard reset mobil device new account or change phone?

2 if i change my old paypal email address okey or new paypal added ?

There is no way to remove a link between two accounts once it has been concluded by ebay theyre connected.

Linked doesnt mean they will always get limited but future accounts you have to make sure are not linked together
