Paypal withdrawing from Voluntary Jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service

Paypal were never regulated by the Financial Ombudsman Service but they did volunteer to have "certain aspects" covered buy them.

They are withdrawing this volunteered jurisdiction by the end of Dec 2022 so this might give paypal the green light to act even worse! They can't even stick to their volunteer jurisdiction.
