if i click sell items ebay just logs me out and this comes up near were i need to sign in

Pay your fees and it will go away.

Go to entropay, sign up for a virtual card, create a virtual card, then add the details to your ebay account. Or you can just link it to your Paypal account and there is no need for C/C information.
