Default Recommendations for home pick up & delivery of items

So anybody out their doing high quantity and need a courier to collect at door? What courier are you using and what are the costs? I do no want to be standing in the post office for 2hours every day... lol

all I can say is avoid parcelforce....

I can tell you how many they have lost, and their compensation system is a joke

Use interlink, they are pretty good and best of all their compensation system ROCKS :D

@Paddymac, they are not too bad. But time constraints sometimes can muck up the transaction. There's not always anyone in your area that can do the delivery

When you talk to them, tell them you will be posting over 50 parcels a week and that your are being charged £8 per 10kg at the moment with your current company *just make 1 up* tell them if they can beat it. If you are a good dealer u can get them to as low as £6 per 10kg

prices are
0-1kg = £3.23
1-2kg = £4.10
5-10kg = £6.99

signed for add £1
pick up on saturday add £1

Trust me, stick with Interlink. I have ben round the block a few times from Citylink to Amterak, Parcel force to DHL. They are all as bad as each other. Interlink has its own fault too but they actually pay up in CASH if something goes wrong
