Anyone one the VCC that has cheapest fee when you load fund to your card?

Entropay charge 4.95% if you load from credit card or 3.95% if you load by bank transfer.

Is there any other VCC which has a lower fee?

I want to buy a lot of stuffs using VCC so I need to pay less fee as possible.

I don't know if you get NETELLER in Singapore, but in the UK it's only 1.7%.
