Are they asking for documents related to what you are selling?

paypal is a bit restarted when coming to processing things. Just like when entering a vcc sometimes you have to keep clicking the submit like Oompa said. Eventually it will go though.

I had the exact same thing, it went through eventually and was fully verified! However a couple of days after this they requested my id and supplier lists etc. This did happen after I tried to withdraw about 10% of the ammount in the account.

I have had exactly the same problem. I am trying to lift limits and each list of the 'to do' items have a tick but still state 'supply documents'. I tried oohing paypal as I thought what have I got to lose? They were actually very helpful and just said I need to add debit card details to verify myself. They talked me through it and said that in a few days when I have entered code, the limits will be lifted. Fingers crossed I am still waiting.

what u need to do is make sure u add a card and bank account at the start and get it all verified, when you reach the £1700 limit there is less chance they will then ask for supplier info

I already added bank account and credit card at beginning so I was verified before selling. This is just an extra step they are asking for in verifying debit card.

Confirmed debit card today by adding 4 digit code. Then rang paypal and got all limits lifted! Yippee! No need to send in documents.

I'm having the same problems (posted a new threat before I seen this one), I have added bank account and credit card at the start (2-3 months ago). As I am now approaching my limits I'm trying to lift the limit from £1900 per year, all my sections are ticked green but beside "provide more information” section it says, "Unfortunately, we can't confirm your information. Send us your documents instead." there is no option to upload any additional information or I can keep trying again and again as per previous post states.

Do like I did and give paypal a call. Just tell them you are trying to lift limits and then hopefully they will just say you need to add card to confirm identity. It worked for me. No need to send in documents. Good luck.

I added my debit card which was attached to my verified bank account and then waited four 4 digit code to appear in my account. Once I confirmed code my card was accepted then limits were lifted.

Yesterday my Paypal account got limited, I got an emal saying I need to send more information who I am etc. But once I added the 4 digit code on my Credit Card everything went away and I'm not fully up and running. I have also increased my recieving limits.

Thanks for your help guys.
