I've download phonerlite to use with my sipgate number, but when I get a call I can not hear the caller, they can hear me.

do I have to buy a microphone to hear callers? Also call forwarding to my mobile doesn't work. How do you get calls forward to mobiles

You don't need a microphone to receive calls, you will only need a mic if you need to talk. Have you set phonerlite up correctly for sipgate, link below if you need help

for the call forwarding to work, i credited the account with 10 pounds and then the account is active. Then i downloaded X-Lite 4 and set it up the way sipgate tell you to do on the settings overview page. Now that you have the right software and the account is active and alive got to settings again, then call forwarding and create a New Rule. Change the When Ringing, No answer Box to Immediately and then forward the number to you mobile phone or landline and save it. Now with your active account thats linked to your mobile make sure X-Lite 4 is working correctly and running, then call your new landline and it will go right to your mobile phone
