US Paypal + UK Bank

Well I have a couple of stealth accounts but I also want to have a US paypal account for other reasons... and I was just wondering if it'd be possible to use a UK bank on a US paypal?

I'm thinking that it isnt possible, but I'm sure someone with a bit more knowledge will be able to shed some light on this.

apparently you can buy US bank accounts for few hundred $, never tried it but you can withdraw to them, I would not trust them with my money, personally.

vba are very cheap, you can add to US account, but cannot withdraw, verification only, you then have to spend or withdraw then money by other means.
