MC081 and sending in docs...

Just got hit with a MC081 on one of the new accounts I set up a few months ago when listing my first item... I'm guessing they work on a points system when hitting you with this suspensions as when i was creating my ebay sellers account the first time i tried to get them to ring my VOIP number, i had not linked my SOHO66 3CX phone up properly.

Anyway, i'm planning on sending the docs in... what have i got to lose!! They want:

Proof of name
Comfirmation of address
Proof that items are in your possession....

Questions i have:

Do you use paint or photoshop...?

Do you recommend faxing the docs in or scan/photograph and email?

For proof of name and address what docs do you modify to send in?

I don't think even eBay would accept docs sent in from PAINT LOL!

The list of what they accept will be on the email they sent you.

@meVebay lol! thanks for that, I haven't used photoshop since i did graphic design back at secondary school so wasn't sure.. I saw the list in the email they sent.. which did you find easiest to modify? Also have you ever got a MC081 lifted?
