Contacted them by email as they said to do that on the phone, took a week for them to reply but they did today...
"PayPal appeal denied‏" now I can't add any information on paypal "This limitation cannot be appealed against."

should I call them?

i know its a bit late but you could have just sent something TRACKED really lite to the same address, like a thank you for buying my item letter which in turn would have give you tracking numbers you needed.
