Just sign up new ebay selling account, why don't they ask for date of birth?!?!?

I have just signed up new ebay selling account but why there is no step that ask me to fill in the date of birth?? Is it weird?

They do ask for Date of Birth when you register.

Not when opening a selling account though.

Open a few more accounts and you will see
