Got this just now, im trying to work through bans on both ebay and paypal

Hello

'revdginny' as well as your problem with your Paypal account. I
understand you are currently in South Africa and you are also unable to
use your South African Visa card.

I've checked your account and I can see it was suspended due to several
discrepancies in your registration information. We reserve the right to
suspend a member's account and ask for further information if we have
cause for concern.

Please understand we're not accusing you of fraudulent behaviour. Our
top priority is to ensure that eBay remains a safe and reputable place
to buy and sell, so we'd like to confirm some of the information you've
given us.

so you are not suspended or you are when you actually log in?

the S. African bit is worrying that could be either a phishing email, a hack or a glitch...I would try and log in and see if its all ok, and avoid speaking to them if at all possible, but if there is an issue suppose you have to alert them... go on livechat so they can see your cookies and that you are in UK...

I am suspended i have been waiting for a reply as i have already sent in my docs. I have also used the live chats the other day asking them where to send my documents

The South Africa bit has me worried i used hotmail to email my stuff over on sunday, then got a reply back saying 24-48 hours i would get a reply then i just got the above.

I mean as you are already suspended, would not do any harm to go on livechat, they are bunch of useless beeps in my opinion...I mean I have receivd 2 different emails spliced together and sent to me, one part irrelevant etc, so it may be a glitch....
