Default ebay email for supplier info

I received an email from ebay around a month and a half ago asking me for details of suppliers and invoices of the items i have been selling. The products do not come up as VERO but there is no way that i can provide the info for them. The email stated i would not be able to sell the product i was selling anymore if i did not send the info over, as i was selling in high volumes.

Is there anyway round this ?

Always amuses me when users say they have no invoices. Possibilities of not having them are endless.

How can we give a work aroundd, if one might exist on such generic info?

Do you mean you have no invoices or you have invoices but Ebay will go into a blue funk when they see them?

If these are genuine and non vero I cannot see what the problem is.

As GB states - you aren't giving us a lot to work with.

I have invoices but they are not official or anything, plus ebay would prob have a hissy fit if they saw them i think lol. When i used to list the items i did not have a vero problem lol. That is what i was trying to say.

As for the supplier they are not a genuine source for the item, the item itself was genuine but it was over run stock so basically factory seconds that my supplier had got from a legitimate source.

Your story is sketch. Epic fail and trash account unless you can find the right kind of invoice. Sounds like you already know what you've done.

end of line? I have submitted clearance house invoices before, I suppose you are talking about china ones right, so you think they will think they are f akes. If you do not know any so called legit places, get to know them, buy some stuff from them and keep invoices ready that can be used for all your goods....

They are not from china, they are from the Philippines i have had no problems and even went to stores here in the UK and been told they are real. But obviously i would not be selling directly from the supplier so wouldn't they have a problem with that ?

it is ok, not being direct from supplier.

it is only if brand owner complains that it is not authorised supplier, then you have to worry.
