Paypal question

For some reason ebay has stopped me from selling, until i provide them with ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of the items i was selling. Problem is it is a stealth account i can't provide them with ID.

Has anyone had any experience with this, and what did you to to get around it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
