Maybe A bit silly question about ebay reg

I just made my second ebay account (stealth) but to start selling i have to only verify it by phone call and 4 digit pin,then link Paypal and I can list items.I found some threads here about ebay credit card verification etc.My old accounts were the same non cred card verified just 4 digit pin and they ran 7 months.So what is the differences?.Am i miss something.Thanks

The difference (based on your explanation) is that you have chosen to link up your verified pp to your eb. Some folx use a credit card to start selling without linking up the pp.

dont think you can do it without pp in UK
