Can I make multiple eBay stealth accounts on one IP?

I've already got one stealth up and running.

I got a new dongle with internet and want to make a few stealth accounts like others do as well - but how do others make them? does matter if its on the same ip? as long you log in once when creating them and use a different IP, when in use later?

I do plan on running them on different 3 network sims later, i'm just more concerned about the creating stage and how you can make 3/4 stealth accounts without not actually linking them at once?

You can do it but why would you want to waste all your time because they will all be linked!

SO find a way to change your ip before creating or logging into another account good luck!

They all need different IP's from the outset

Thank you both for the input, i can handle the IP issue np, just one more question would making them on different user accounts be necessary? or is different IPs enough?

Separate user accounts is preferred then you don't had to worry about clearing cookies and LSO's
