 terms and conditions, made me chuckle :-)
We do not accept sales/bids from users who, at the time of purchase, fit one or more of the following categories....
1) have incomplete details registered with eBay or Paypal for first or last name - eg registered as just initials or "Buyer", "Contact", "Shop", "Cool" etc
2) use foul, offensive or explicit language, or who make threats
3) have claimed non-delivery for a high percentage of eBay purchases
4) have previously left abusive feedback
5) have had their feedback comment(s) removed by eBay
6) whose feedback left for others shows misuse of eBay/feedback to gain free goods
7) have violated, or are violating eBay/Paypal policies
8) have left feedback for less than 90% of their transactions (eg received 30 feedback & left 2)
9) do not appreciate that dispatch time and delivery time are not the same thing
10) are using someone else's eBay OR Paypal account (eg bf/gf, employer, under 18s etc)
11) have left more than 1% negative feedback for other users
12) have a delivery address in a country different from their registered address
13) have a delivery address that does not include a full contact name
14) have previously been blocked using another eBay ID
15) have (private) feedback or negative feedback
16) bid/buy using multiple eBay or Paypal accounts
17) competitors - including those that sell any items of a loosely similar nature
18) anyone using these ISPs for their Paypal or eBay email address: mypostoffice, gmx, bellsouth
19) have traded with us previously, but not left feedback before purchasing new item(s)
20) have received/left less than 10 positive feedback

Please also note the following requirements - (please do not use our listings if you do not agree)
A) If you have a problem of any kind - PLEASE make contact VIA EBAY and allow 2 business days for a reply... BEFORE filing a dispute/complaint. We WILL resolve any issues :-)
B) If you are a buyer from Italy, Latvia or Russia, you agree to allow 35 days for delivery before filing an eBay/Paypal complaint. The international mail and/or customs service in your country is slow (check Google!)

--> We realise that these terms may sound strange - but please consider the thousands of scammers and "dodgy buyers" that exist amongst the millions of honest eBayers. We are simply trying to avoid these bad apples! Many of these rogue buyers appear to "earn" a healthy second income by extracting extra goods, services and refunds from eBay sellers :-(
