Default withdraw still pending? how long can be classed as normal time scale

basicly i have been withdrawing funds normaly and the pending status has normaly changed to completed within a few hours but this weekend its taking longer and im getting concerned

i added a second bank account to the paypal account verified it and then withdrew to it. but this time is still pending after 2 nearly 3 days

is this normal? i will add that i have requested the withdraw on a friday afternoon after the banks are closed. could this be the reason as the weekend is not a working day?

your thoughts please

(fully verified paypal btw)

Yes, the reason you stated is plausible.

Were the funds fully cleared? It could be an issue with a particular payment you received.

Or you could have been flagged for a manual review, especially if it is a relatively new account or as you have said there has been a change in your normal withdrawal habits.

Changing things can always bring attention to any account

Transactions started after close of business hours of a bank are delayed...

it's hovering in cyberspace still earning paypal interest.

Usual story for me is it hits my account Tuesday....

just as a matter of interest which bank?

Don't judge how one account is/will operate by another one.

Chill, there is nothing you can do at the moment anyway, the money will either hit the account or not.

ah , read fully now that you added another account to withdraw, yes this situation is normal you find yourself in.

Dont fuss like TW says. It's usual 'cos it's paypal.

Just fyi, for future transactions you might be luckier
