Safe to use Ebay App on Android

Hi, i had 2 accounts that got indefinate selling restriction, i now bought and read the stealth guide and now i know all about cookies . IP etc,

im wondering about using the Ebay app on android safe, i know when i dissconnect and reconnect 3g it always gives a new IP, but worried about the EBAY app, i used to use it for old accounts, worred ebay keep track with app, in android app manager you can clear data and cache for apps would that make it safe ? this app is really usefull to me to reply to questions very fast helping with sales alot,
