There's a good chance the limit would be split between the new accounts.
All new sellers, business or private get these limits. They are there to protect ebay and the buyers.
If you are a legit business (not one that is run from the bedroom in mum and dad's house), call them up to discuss your plans. If you have a proven track record eg bricks and mortar store or existing website, they will be more than happy to accomodate you. If you dont then focus on establishing trust and your limits will quickly increase.
I have an 8 month old business account that started out with 10 items a month. It now has limits in excess of 1000 items a month.
