hi just to say the last account i opened i used a different address and different phone number,and this worked fine,just got suspended for selling ghd hair straighteners,then ebay asked for proof of address and documents,so any number seems to work.

Phone boxes dont work , they dont allow touch tone anymore

You take your mobile phone and hold it up against the reciever

Mobile numbers work as landline for verification...really!!
 

I dont know if anyone else here knows about this but i have done this twice.
For a verification number you can simply put in your mobile number.
Where it asks area code, simply put in the first 5 digits of your mobile number.

Example 07817 then fill out the second box with the remainder of your number
EXAMPLE 096781

Of course if your trying to set up a stealth account you will need a new mobile number/sim card. They cost errrr £1 or around and you dont even have to top it up with credit. Just pop in your phone when setting ebay and paypal up. BUT !! If ebay decide to call you one day out of the blue. YOUR STUFFED.
Is this all old news or simply an idea thats been put aside by most folk as you could run into problems????
