My unresolved issue with pp. I received over £1900 (simply forget about this..I been brand new on eb&pp should start from this forum) and they ask me about doc. I don’t send it because when I start my pp in UK give them my country where I come from QQQ with UK address ( my biggest mistake later read about change this and is no possible…so was no point to send it because my address on statement is in UK but when I check my address on pp is my correct UK address but under address is country QQQ where I come from which will be not the same as on the statement.
I connect this ebay account to my girlfriend paypal and selling about 3-4 months.
Then my listing was cancelled and selling activity restricted. Few week ago I get email from eBay:
Your item(s) have been ended due to concerns we have for the safety of the eBay community. Any fees associated with these listings have been credited to your account.
As a precautionary measure, we have also restricted selling activity on your account. We will send you a separate email containing further details of the action taken against your account and instructions on how to have your selling limit increased.
Your listing(s) may be eligible for relisting through My eBay. If your listing is eligible, you'll see it in the Unsold Items section of My eBay. Listings that are not eligible for relisting will not be visible in the Unsold Items page.
To relist your item, log in to My eBay, go to your Unsold Items and select the item that was cancelled -- it's highlighted with a yellow banner. Before relisting, please make any changes necessary to ensure that the listing is in compliance with the law and eBay policies. You might want to check your other listings for similar breaches as well.

Second email explain reason:

Now when I log on to my ebay I get this information:

Then I contact paypal and try to explain my mistake with wrong country which I gave when registered. They ask me about doc. I send it and next day when I log in to my pp there was message:

I coll pp again ask to close my account but this limitation cannot be appealed.
My account is limited..Before on this address my brother has pp account and was limited of some reason..
I have any chance to get my eBay back to selling, If possible what I should write to ebay ? Because I need reply something for this message which they send me..
