item not recieved, negative feedback.
So I sold a item on eBay the other day, stupidly I never sent recorded delivery ( it sold for one pound four pence).
The item got lost in the post, every step of the way I've kept in touch with the buyer, keeping him updated, apologizing in the end I gave him a refund, apologized and said if it does turn up just let me know but keep it for free as a way of apology for the inconvenience ( I can't replace it, I only had one).
The buyer replied back 'OK I will do, I hope it does' all really nice.
Yet I log in today to feedback of ' bad seller item never arrived, took ages to post, would not recommend'
I should mention I posted the next working day, is there anything I can do about this really unfair feedback.
