Default Paypal Glitch? Constanstly demanding info and bank problems?

Guys,

Firstly i refer you to this thread where Paypal demanded some docs/info

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/uk-ebay...tml#post467086

Following my input, they gave my account bank.

Anyway one month on and they are now asking me to

-confirm bank (third time)
- validate account info (address or phone) - confirm location/provide proof of address ALREADY DONE
- Review info ALREADY DONE - (options it gives me is upgrade or cancel)

Wierd. and annoying.

I have confirmed my bank on three seperate occasions.

It also keeps emailing me to confirm my bank card, even though its on there and confirmed.

all i can think, there is a glitch?

I have emailed off a complaint to paypal asking why they keep asking for the same info multiple times.

Just one other thing, when i click confirm bank on the limitation, it doesnt display any bank info, instead asks me to input info of a new bank account.

which is weird.

thoughts chaps?

Take a deep breathe.

You are going to have to risk a call to them.

Get your info together before making the call.

Have an RBS issue pretty much the same. On paper it says all is OK.

In reality, it is not.

oops..... have you tried using a different browser too? Done the usual clear cache, cookies, sign in again?

This is a solid problem with my paypal account.

Nothing todo with browser etc.

I have had emails from them telling me limtiation and when i log in , it asks me for the details and docs.

Like i said everytime its slightly different docs but all asking for similar things.

the ebay linked is 100% good standing, so i dont know why there are problems.

Would a phone call at this point really be best?

Surely they will just ask me to fill in the details on pp and provide the documents they want? It could be a waste of time.

im bloody fuming, keep sending these docs.

and also keeps asking me to confirm cards and bank accounts, when i already have. weird thing is when i go to confirm them, the system just automatically insists i input new bank details again.

very weird...

just to update this thread if anyone cares

i got a reply back from paypal...i sent an email to about 30 different pp addys i found online and finally got a human response.

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

We have recently sent out a notification of verification to your address and the response we received was: "returned an 'invalid address' or 'user not known at address".

Due to the indescrepency, we require further verification as your PayPal account is still relatively new. Please log into your account and complete the location confirmation or update your address information.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
XXXXXXXX

PayPal

RIGHT....the address i used was a mailbox type address, re-direct of mail etc.

I do not know why they have rejected my post...Annoying.

Anyway, i have just tried what he suggested.

When i go to 'validate account information' it asks me to input my debit card details (again) to confirm my location.

Upon inputting my debit card details, the page then redirects me to my home page of my account and says

'

You have not linked a credit card to your account. The Phone Location Confirmation process has been cancelled '

NOW WHAT THE HELL DO I DO!?!?!?
