Not for the first time being on holiday will cost me an account as Ive been unable to answer emails send replacement items etc
my last evaluation has put it below standard, next months ratings are slightly worse so does anyone know how long until they say the account is banned from selling?
i could try and save it but will need at least 2/3 months to clear these low dsr ratings, will i get this long as my next review will be worse
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Here is what you need to do! Read ebay's New Feedback removel policy's.. If they remove the Feedback they remove the DSR's. Contact customer to ask them to remove the Feedback's and the DSR's.. All they have to do is email you on ebay... "EBAY please remove the FEEDBACK I left for the seller and ebay will remove it... If you have Feedback revision left ask customers for a revision and used them all... When you call ebay up tell them my buyer wants to remove the feedback but i have no revision left... They will remove it due to the new policy with the DSR... SELL SELL SELL... This is going to hurt but if you want to keep your account drop your prices to where you making a low profit margin to increase your sales volume... Now this is a suggestion as Ebay can cut you off when they feel like it.. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TELLS YOU
What contingency plan do you have for when you are on holiday?
I know it sucks, but I do check my work email whilst on holiday, just to make sure nothing gets left too long and people are left waiting. People on eBay don't expect to wait and don't care that you are on holiday, which I can understand.
Maybe email all your buyers that purchase items 14 days before your holiday to advise them of the holiday dates and to be understanding if there is a problem, might help.
