THREE 3G Dongle - Connecting problems...

I have the HUAWEI E353 HSPA+ Dongle from THREE. I have used every day for approximately 2 years.

Every time i connect, i have to have 2-5 attempts before getting a proper connection. Never had these issues before in my area.

I have tried:

I have phoned THREE support who were useless.

Uuninstall then reinstall the software.

Taking apart, dusting, putting back together.

Tried on multiple PC's?

Anyone else had this issue? Is it time for a new dongle!?!

I have had similar issues from time to time. I believe it is down to network servicing in my local area. When I have connection problems it is always between 10am and 2pm approx.

Problem is similar to yours - takes many attempts to connect and then the speed is usually pretty crap. Outside of this, it works perfect with great speeds.

Same @ebayorbust night time and early morning is super fast... I'll keep using as I am, just a bit of a pain in the ass at times when it takes ages logging in between accounts!!!
