How to add bank account in PAYPAL

Tried few times adding bank account (saving account) into my paypal, it wont let me do that, everytime it says 'we can not process your request this time' Ihave heart need to ring to add, is that true? many thanks

What's the exact message? Is it:
We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

Leave it for a week. You can then add you bank account. This will 100% work.

If you get the other error:
We're sorry, but we're waiting for another user to finish linking their PayPal account to this bank account. Please try again in 3-5 days.

Then, the PP account is f**ked. There is one way to salvage it, though it does not always work. Do PM if you get this 2nd error and really want to save the account.
