Default Help me avoid 'below standards' !

Hi All,

Please advise,

STUPIDLY, I forgot to refund someone for a parcel that went missing, and now I have 3 cases closed without seller resolution.

2 is allowed, but 3 = bad and will make me below standard seller, and all of my listing will show last in the rankings.

I need to avoid this. The only way I can think of doing this is to have my sales over 400 in the last 3 months so only the last 3 months are counted instead of the whole year.

Problem is, my count is currently only at 100 in the last 3 months.

So, if I create a listing of 99p items with a quantity of 300 items, and have one user purchase all 300 at once, will this count as 300 transactions or 1? What if they purchase 1 at a time? I know this works with seperate auctions but it would be a massive pain to make 300 seperate listings!

Is there any other way?

Please help!

Update - Ive found from research that selling a quantity of eg. 200 of 1 item would count as just 1 transaction

If you have a variations listing, with 200 options and each one is bought seperately, will that count as 200 or 1?

200

If selling 1 item in a multiple listing format, only list a small number like 10 and then keep adding to it or relisting when it gets low. List 100 items in 1 listing and your limits gone, if none of them items sell your screwed and off to ebay heaven!

If you sold at 99p and received low scores from your buyers you will be out of door. I have learnt that from experience When you are below standard, listings are hard to find which then results in less buyers, less sales. Unless you sell some super hot item and give it away.
I would move on to another account and then wait some months till you are out of below standard on this account.

Having one user buy 200 variations of a single item may well lead to other issues with eBay.

Best option is indeed to list 300+ items at a very low price, but then just let them sell naturally.

If anyone buys 200 of something, he/she has to do feedback every 14 days for each transaction (so 200 x 14 day intervals) for each feedback to count as separate

Most users do this to increase their Best Match position.

Bad idea as I've seen a few accounts in the past shut down and to be honest good as it's a pain getting a decent position all for it to be ruined by a cheat.
