So is this right?
Iv just had a customer buy a item and immediately ask me to refund them as they did not read the item description correctly. Now does this count as a cancelled transaction which would get me a 'defect' transaction?
Iv had similar cases in the past when I have refunded the customer it does not necessarily mean you were out of stock or the customer was unhappy just simple mistakes but am I right in thinking these situations will be looked on in a negative light now?
Also is it against ebays rules to ask customers if they would be willing to do a bank transfer instead of through PayPal then you could refund them in cases like this without eBays knowledge?
