when a feedback revision request is sent to a buyer, can they change the DSR ratings they left or only the feedback comment?

Positive feedback cannot be removed unless it contains words or phrases it should not contain.

it contains a low dsr rating therefore counts as a defect.

positive feedbacks arent removable ive just checked.

tried to send a revision request but a message pops up stating its not possible.
