Im confused.

You first post was about 180 limit. Now you are mentioned two other emails, is this the same account?

and you mentioned you would not be sending them ID? You actually told them this in writing'? and for both these accounts as well? Why did you do that?

Over EU receiving limit and they have linked them somehow at about the time a lot of other people's accounts were burned I believe. All went down the same day. More than one had a 45 day release. None are released after 45 days or indeed well after. I ring Dublin, they come out with their bull****. I tell them I won't be providing ID because ID is what you need to lift the receiving limit.

This may not be the case. A few of mine all went down on the same day last year, yet i have now withdrawn all of them, and i provided I for some, some I didnt.

I don't know why you are fighting with them, if you want to wait it out and at 180 days they ask for ID, then give it to them. If they dont, then withdraw the funds or contact the Financial Ombudsmen.

By telling them you wont provide ID, you have probably made things a lot worse.

Why did you say you won't provide id? That makes u sound really shady and prob set some alarms bells off. You should have just said ok and never bothered with it and just waited it out.

Yup agreed.

But knowing what its like when you first get limited by PayPal, and talk to the idiots in Ireland, they infuriorate you SO much, you get angry.

I think they enjoy the game, and the Irish are best at that, another reason other than tax evasion for PayPal setting up in Ireland

Whos fault is it the account is linked ?

before you open another one you need to review the way your creating accounts otherwise it would (most likely) will happen again.
