ip address and mac address

Hi,

I have few questions:

1. it will be enough to use to change ip address internet from my mobile phone from Three how hotspot

2. paypal and ebay check ip address, what is with mac address from my laptop? if I create few ebay accounts and to create for every account new user in my laptop and I will be change always ip address but the mac address always will be the same from my laptop.

Keep a record of your ip addresses so that you know they are always different, ebay/PayPal cannot read MAC addresses so they will not know if yours stays the same or not. Your Three hotspot on your mobile phone will work fine for your stealth purposes.
