Default Customer returned item to wrong return address

I had pm'd the customer of the correct return address and he said he sent it via Collect Plus however he sent it the wrong return address , now what?

If he or she sent it to the returns address you had on file, then process their refund and take the loss.

If no one collects the parcel over a certain period ( usually 21 days depending on courier) then the parcel will get returned to the sender. Which will be your buyer?

Normally only the sender can call the courier and ask them to correct the address.

Agreed..its the cruel cruel world of stealth without proper mailing addresses. Sucks, but just move on...

Was the wrong return address on file? If so - then yes, just deal with the loss and move on. What is the amount in question?
