Account Limits

I know this has been done to death in the past but are there really any recent tips or hints to get limits raised?

I have an account thats about 14 months old and I've never been able to get it above 100 /£5000 limit despite making sure I list 90-100 items at all times. It seems the only option would be to call them but we know this is just asking for trouble.

Are the account uplifts random or is there anything that can be done to trigger them?

It can be a bit of a guessing game sometimes.

I have had accounts in the UK stuck at 200 items for a while, others that have shot pas the 200 item limits. No telling really.

Only real solution is to get more accounts up and running and then they should get limit increases as well. Its a numbers game when it comes to eBay

Its a business account. I set the account up, ran it for six months or so, applied for a limit increase by post which increased it to 100 items and its been there ever since.

Have you been maxing the limits?

Not the selling value as the items I sell are relatively low value but I have been listing between 90%-100% of my maximum number of items allowed.
