PayPal do not accept UAE bank accounts, in UAE account, you can withdraw to US bank account, or Visa card

You need a UK bank account for UK paypal.

After verification of a UK account with a UK bank, can a US bank be added? Or no longer possible. I have created new UK PPs lately so am not clear on this.

About 1.5-2 years ago, after UK bank verification, you could add a US bank
